There
are various kinds of enemas. Tap water is fine and is more convenient for
most. Fleets enemas are smaller and can be carried around but also might not
flush out as much crap.
In general,
enemas are mainly used for constipation. If used infrequently they are fine,
but if used a lot they can lead to some bowel laziness and actually increase
constipation.
In the Butch
Bear world, enemas are more often used to clean out the rectum before ass
play. Most of us would not like to plow into a butt full of shit, so it’s
used before sex play to prepare the bottom bear for a cleaner entry.
So, for instance, when I’m getting ready to wrestle with Nurse Wolfe, I’d ask him to use an enema or help him with it. Then when things are all cleaned out, I could play doctor to my heart’s content. Be safe!
