HOWTO: Cancel Your Subscription
It's easy to self-cancel your ButchBear.com Subscription.
Follow these steps to cancel your recurring subscription.
NOTICE: Access to membership only areas is immediately terminated upon cancellation.
Step One: Go to your myButchBear account page.
There are several ways to reach your myButchBear page. The easiest method is to click on any of the "My Account" links found through out the website and on the main web page splash page. Alternately, you may directly access your myButchBear by going to www.butchbear.com/ab/index.php.
Step Two: Examine active services.
Inside the Services box, click on the List link on the "Active Services" line.
Step Three: Open the service you wish to examine/cancel.
Double-click (in the checkbox) the service you wish to further examine/cancel.
Step Four: Click on Cancel
Under "Recurring Details", click on the Cancel button.
Still Confused?
If your still not able to self-cancel your subscription after trying the above steps, please open a trouble ticket using the "Support Tickets" option on your myButchBear page. In your ticket please request cancellation and the date you wish for the cancellation to be processed. We will be happy to cancel your subscription for you.
